Been hearing it all morning now:
- Gingrich wins big in Georgia!
- Santorum takes three states!
- Paul hangs in there with respectable results!
Face it ... Republicans are hopelessly lost and don't have a clue about what they want. They formed up into a circular firing squad last year and they're still shooting!
Back in November, I predicted a brokered convention (See Inevitable Romney?) and that prediction is looking better and better all the time. The Republicans will limp into Tampa Bay in August just as confused, angry, and divided as they are right now. Those who live by the word "No!" will die by the word "No!".
In the meantime ...
- Bitter and rejected RWNJ's will desert the party and go back to their junkyards
- Billionaires will continue to spend more in a bid to buy their very own president
- Obama supporters will overdose on popcorn
It's an evitable consequence of not really knowing what you want, only that you're angry and dissatisfied. (See "Frustration" - The One Word Description of Politics Today) We have seen it before, but not on this scale.
- It's fluorine in the water!
- No! No! It's them damn queers!
- It's commies in the guvmint, dammit!!
In 2008, we made a huge leap forward and elected a man who was actually accomplished, intelligent, and not a bought-and-paid-for politician for a change. (See The Gravel Pit Theory) We also broke the mold on a few other things such as the race barrier to the highest office. I would claim that the sex barrier was also broken because Hillary Clinton was a viable candidate right up to the end. (And most of us would have gladly voted for her if she had made the final cut.) Then, the dark side took over temporarily in 2010. People who actually do want America to fail rather than lose their own power took over part of the government and succeeded in stopping most real progress for two long years.
I look forward to resuming a sane, upward direction in 2012!!

Revealed: Wife of pro-life presidential candidate Rick Santorum had love affair with abortion doctor 40 years her senior... who delivered her as baby
The UK's Daily Mail isn't what I would call a reputable source. Besides, it's almost a month old. But this article is full of quotes and photos and seems plausible anyway.
My main reason for posting this was to see if I could get corroboration or clear refutation of this amazing claim.
