The US has 11 Aircraft carriers ... plus 9 more ships that other countries would probably call an aircraft carrier. By comparision, Russia has one (1); China has one (1). And China's aircraft carrier is one that they bought from Russia and refurbished to save money. Only Spain and Italy have two - hardly the kind of fiscal responsibility we ought to be copying.
